“My Book of Life: The App” lets you create the digital journal you’ve always wanted, customizable, and filled from the wide range of specialty journaling bundles we provide. You can creatively log your experiences of day-to-day life, create schedules, plan your projects, or even use My Book of Life to learn a new skill. You decide how many bundles you want, and since it’s all digital, there is nothing to limit your imagination.

The digital journal is based around an interactive consumer interface, which you can customise by picking themes and adding stickers, just like with a paper journal. The bundles you choose determine the functionality of your journal, and we even offer specialty bundles created by our partner coaches, maximising the potential of your journaling practice.
