About Tara

Tara is a mum, a wife and a woman devoted to help other women rise through overwhelm, stress, anxiety, lack of energy, self- identity and self-confidence and find their inner compass to live wholeheartedly in clarity and alignment to their truth, purpose and passion in their lives.
With a degree in Psychology and training in coaching techniques NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping), Tara specialises in self-compassion based practices that empower women to lead self-loving and more fulfilling lives.
She is a Spiritual, Self-compassion Coach, NLP Master Life Coach, Yoga and Sound Therapist. She draws on over 15 years of experience in Yoga, meditation and other healing modalities and have helped women manage stress and overwhelm through-out different stages of their lives.
What started as a self-healing journey that took her from overwhelm and lack of self-identity to emotional freedom, confidence and self-love; was transformed into a passion and a commitment to empower women to reconnect with their inner essence of worth, love so that they can live their lives with abundance, purpose and passion.
When Tara isn’t spreading love through her coaching and online courses, she is found meditating, practicing yoga, painting, reading, hugging trees or even dancing.
Tara lives in London with her soulmate Max, her three teenagers, Coco (westie dog) and Marley (a tortoise)

The art of self compassion journal

Most of us have not been brought up to recognise the power and importance of self-love. We are natural givers, used to giving unconditional love to our children, partners, friends, families, and most of the time we forget to prioritised ourselves. This could lead to overwhelm, stress and even burnout.
Self compassion offer us a radical way of BEING and relating to ourselves
It allows us to lovingly accept that this moment is difficult, opening up to embrace ourselves with kindness while remembering that we are perfectly imperfect beings – this is part of our shared common humanity.
In a culture of endless striving and competition, self-compassion might feel like a luxury. The truth is that we cannot afford to be without it. It is not a luxury but essential for our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing for ourselves and our family.
Self-compassion is simply being gentle and kind to ourselves, treating us with the same quality as you would a close friend or a loved one.
In this 8-week mentoring journal, you will transform your relationship with yourself. We’ll explore concepts and practices such as
Awareness, Allowing kindness into our hearts and the Acknowledging that you are not the only one experiencing challenges in your life. That you are not alone.
Journaling is perhaps one of the most effective ways to express our emotions and research has found that it benefits our mental and physical well-being.
So I invite you to prioritise yourself
We need to cultivate kindness towards ourselves in order to show up wholeheartedly for us, our loved ones, and for what matters most in our lives.
As Maya Angelou says “Love Liberates, it does not bind, it sets you free”.

After all the most important relationship you will ever have is with yourself.
